  1. Inhale. Raise your arms to the sides.
  2. Exhale. Bring your arms back to the center at the solar plexus.
  3. Feel the connection of your hands.
  4. Inhale. Open your arms and bring the energy to the surface of the body.
  5. Exhale. Bring your arms back to the center. Feel the energy concentrating in your hands as well as inside the body.

 

Practice tips

You can concentrate the energy at one of the three main centers:

  • Lower center to anchor in the earth (slightly below the navel).
  • Medium center to nourish energy (plexus).
  • Higher center for developing a calm mind (in the center of the brain).
