Indications

Practice very gently if you have lower back pain.

Develop mindfulness of moving body parts. 

  1. With feet parallel, take a gap wide enough to be comfortable and stable.
  2. Place your hands on the hips.
  3. Gently generate a rotation of the hips, keeping the shoulders and head fixed.
  4. Gradually widen the circles.
  5. Return to the center by reducing the circles.
  6. Change direction.
