Indications

  1. Place your hands at the level of the kidneys.
  2. Slide the hands behind the legs. Bend the knees if necessary.
  3. Go over the feet, then inside the legs to smooth the yin meridians of the lower body.
  4. Go down on the back of the legs again. These meridians regulate the bladder, gallbladder and stomach.
  5. Go inside the legs to stimulate the liver, spleen and kidneys. Unwind the back vertebrae by vertebrae.
